Can we take payments through the portal?
Yes — every plan includes payment collection with pay-to-unlock delivery, so downloads release when the balance clears. Starter takes card payments with a 4% platform fee; Studio and Pro drop the fee to 0% and add PayPal.
How do client files get to us?
Clients upload directly through their project link, and files land in the project's folders — not in a personal inbox.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The client portal is a responsive web page; artists review mixes and check status from their phone constantly.
